Launa Blackham

BSc (Hons) Osteopathic Medicine- Registered Osteopath

Launa graduated from the Surrey institute of Osteopathic Medicine with a BSc (Hons) and a passion for finding health and easing pain through natural methods. She uses classical osteopathy to treat the whole person, dedicated to optimising the body’s own healing mechanisms.

She takes a holistic approach to the patient and aims to help with someone’s presenting complaint, and also provide an environment within the body which allows the restoration of vitality, health and repair. This adds another dimension to the treatment bringing relief of pain and aiding other health issues.

With a particular interest in digestive issues, women’s health and fertility, Launa went on to qualify as an abdominal-sacral massage and fertility massage practitioner. She has been a guest on a TV programme talking about fertility massage and likes to get involved with charity events such as international women’s day.

What Launa’s patients have to say

“Really impressed with my treatment with Launa. Not only is she kind and gentle, she is very thorough and explains everything nicely. I also enjoyed the fact that she covered nutrition with me, giving me advice on what foods could be causing inflammation.”
