Steph is a qualified Osteopath and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Acupuncturist.
Steph graduated in Osteopathic Medicine in 2025 from NESCOT in Epsom and has been in practice as a TCM Acupuncturist since 2008. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including multidisciplinary clinics, low-cost clinics, and cancer support centres.
Steph enjoys combining osteopathic techniques, such as articulations, soft tissue techniques and manipulations, alongside acupuncture/dry needling to provide tailored treatment solutions and, where appropriate, including exercises and signposting to lifestyle advice. Steph is interested in musculoskeletal conditions, chronic pain conditions, migraine and headache, women’s health and cancer care.
Steph is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and is a member of the British Acupuncture Council.
