Chelsea Dott
M.Ost – Registered Osteopath
Chelsea is an experienced osteopath with over 10 years in clinical practice and 4 years of pitch-side experience supporting a rugby team. Her work spans a wide range of patients, from athletes and active individuals to pregnant patients, young adults, and everyday people managing pain or movement issues.
She has extensive experience supporting those with connective tissue disorders such as Ehlers–Danlos syndrome (EDS), and chronic conditions including ME/CFS and fibromyalgia. Alongside traditional osteopathic techniques, she is qualified in dry needling, dry cupping and therapeutic ultrasound, which she uses to complement treatment and support recovery.
Chelsea is a friendly and open practitioner, known for her empathetic and holistic approach. She is a strong believer in the psychosomatic link between body and mind, and she aims to create a space where patients feel understood, supported, and empowered to take an active role in their healing.
Outside the clinic, Chelsea is an avid weightlifter, CrossFitter, and swimmer, and she brings this first-hand understanding of movement, performance, and recovery into her work with patients of all backgrounds.
