Solution Focused Hypnotherapist (DSFH) (HPD)
Sarah studied, at The Clifton Practice in Bristol (Guildford satellite school) and was awarded a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DFSH). The Clifton Practice is the leading Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy school specialising in Solution Focused techniques. She also holds the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD). The HPD is regarded as the ‘Gold Standard’ for professional hypnotherapists.
She also brings over 20 years experience as a registered nurse to her clinic. She was very attracted to Solution Focused Hypnotherapy because of its emphasis on finding solutions.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy techniques are very effective. You don’t have to relive past traumas or negative experiences, but instead, you are guided towards a more positive outlook and a better future.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy uses practical, modern and well-researched techniques. It can help people to rapidly achieve significant, positive changes in their lives. It focuses on what you want to achieve, rather than on the problem you are seeking change.
Hypnosis reduces anxiety and is done through gentle relaxation and visualisation, allowing you to focus on the positive aspects of your life.
Whatever your problem or concern, changing your state of mind through solution-focused hypnotherapy can help you move forward.
Hypnotherapy is effective for confidence, anxiety, managing depression, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and grief. The relaxation techniques used and taught to clients can also be extremely helpful to alleviate physical symptoms such as chronic pain, IBS, tinnitus and symptoms of many medical conditions.
Hypnotherapy can also help anyone make lifestyle changes – such as smoking cessation, weight management, motivation, addictions, and sports performance.
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy sessions with Sarah are available online via Zoom.
What Sarah’s patients have to say
“Wow this lady is a life saver in my eyes. 40 to 60 cigarettes a day I was smoking, with asthma! One visit and I have not had one cigarette. 14th March 2016 is a day I will always remember. Thank you Sarah x “
“After a car accident I grew more anxious about driving and this went on for about 3 years. In a very short time I have regained the confidence to drive. It’s a new lease of life – I am elated and I cannot thank Sarah enough.”
