Cancellation & missed appointment policy
The quickest way for us to be able to help you is to call us on 01293 784200
Due to the number of late cancellations of failed appointments we are often unable to help people who would otherwise have taken an appointment that an existing patient no longer needs or can no longer make.
We require 24 hours’ notice of cancellations by telephone or email due to the difficulty of re-filling these sessions at short notice.
Should you need to cancel or change your appointment please telephone or email our reception team to let us know as soon as possible. Although we reserve the right to levy a nominal charge for short notice cancellations or missed appointments, we recognise the pressures of modern life and so try to be flexible whilst also protecting our practitioner’s list.
Any decision to charge depends on the circumstances and is usually waived should you reschedule and keep your next appointment but ultimately the decision rests with your practitioner or the clinic management.
All we ask for is some notice, so unfortunately repeated abuse of this policy will automatically incur a charge and could result in pre-payment being a requirement of booking an appointment.

Friday 8.30pm – 5.30pm
